I've seen this topic posted already, but did not understand the answer in reply. We have a comdial impact system, and when I try to forward my calls to another station I get an "Access Denied" message. Details: We are currently using auto attendant, my station gets all operator calls, and of course all calls for my extension (I'm the receptionist). All other stations seem to have access to this feature, and I have tried enabling all station features.

If your station is programmed to forward to voicemail then you cannot over ride that with a conditional call forward elsewhere. This is the case on the older DSU/DSUII series.

Thanks for the reply...I think I understand what you're saying now...New Question - I leave at 4pm but of course someone still has to answer the phone until 5pm, so does anyone have any ideas about what to do if no one is available to physically sit at my desk for that hour? The girl who usually covers for me would rather be able to answer from her desk.

In my user guide--Making a Call-Pick-Up --is on page 3-3. Use #4 if you are in the same group--and *4 plus the extension number of the ringing telephone to pick of any ringing phone.
