I am working on a Conceirge system that the Hoetel needs to play the Verbal wakeup message when a wakeup call is made, right now it plays the on hold music? It has to be something in the conceirge system as the voicemail never does anything when the wakeup call is generated.
ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!

I will be servicing a customer Friday with a Conceirge. I'll sniff around in it for you. It's been so long since I've played with one that I'm drawing a blank.

Also Lanny who used to work for Comdial and is the Guru of Conceirge has his own tech support Company set up through Communications Distributors Inc. He has helped me before in the past with Conceirge. If he's still around maybe reach out to him.

Bill you have 2 music sources on the DXP/DXPPLUS. One is for hold on trunks and one is for the wake-ups. If you are refering to your customer in cleveland, it was set-up from day one. There has been some problem with it working properly and the Wingates have been flunking inpections because of it. I have many calls from several Wingates. Is this the Wingate in Cleveland?

Wow...Wingate. I havnt heard that name in years. I used to service one in Long Island New York as a Comdial National Account... Ahhh memories...

Call Time Business Systems in Roselle Il,They have taken over the Conceirge tech support from Vertical.I dont know what they change but they know it like the back of their hands.
