I just reinstalled a used system. Is it possible to default the voicemail? I need system admin info.

there is no real default, you just change out the flash card or program it back to default. Let me know if you need a flash card. Mark

Mark is right. If the voicemail is very old, my suggestion would be to stick in a new CF that's been reloaded as default. Especially if the power source of the system is unknown, or if the system was not running behind a UPS. Those CF cards don't like power fluctuations.
