Good Afternoon.
One of the employees at my location just received a weird phone call from a lady stating our phone system has been calling her several times a day for the past few days and the message is an automated message, I assume voicemail, for one of the other employees. The number the lady was receiving the calls from is one of our DIDs and is translated to extension 128. The automated message is for the employee at extension 126.
I've poked around our system looking for anything out of the ordinary and nothing has changed in the past few days. Do any of you have any ideas or suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue?

If you have the ladies phone number that the system is calling then look in the message notification fields in your mailboxes and see who has her number stored there.
