The company I work for recently purchased a used Comdial DX-80 Phone System. We have it installed and managed to get into a couple of extension's voicemail as they had simple passwords. The problem we are having is changing the default message. We do not know the password and cannot change it. Is there a way to reset this password or figure out what it is? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Lance..welcome to the forum. There are several ways to accomplish what you are asking. Do you have a manual for the voicemail? In there is the procedure for administering the mail via touchtones. The preferred way is to use the voice mail admin software from Comdial/Vertical.
