Hurricane Ivan struck us here (Pensacola area) on Wedensday night and we were without power for six daye.

Now that power has been restored, incoming calls are ringing at the wrong phone (station) so I have two questions:

1)How do I program the calls to ring only at the receptionsist phone?

2) How do I turn down ring volume once I get it there?

Thanks a bunch in advance!

grab a manual. these systems typically default after major power failures. if you don't have one click on manuals above to get what you need. additionally JohnyReb is in pensacola and he may be able to get you what you need. go to the norstar section and when you enter you will see moderated by. click on his name and that will allow you to email him.

Default Statiopn is #4. Be sure that the Reception Station is connected here and when We have another storm (in Florida we will) the reception station will ring when power is restored.
