On one of our phones the alarm feature some how was activated and every day at 12pm it goes off. I don't know how to turn it off. Could someone explain how to turn it off?

press alm/spd button twice and then hold button this should clear it

This feature is only described in the attendant user guide. I do not hav one wih me at this time, but you can go into the programming #54 and set the alarm time down to "0" . Go into programming mode enter 54 then enter 3 digit alarm time 0 - 200 then hit #. If you put in 0 this will set the alarm time down to 0 seconds. good luck. ------------------
