A small non profit has a Prostar / Starmail system that I know little about (I did buy the manuals last year). They took a power hit yesterday (both were on a newer UPS) but the Starmail box did not come back to life. I cycled power on it today to try to bring it back up but the power light keeps blinking. Is there anything I can do or should I have them start shopping for a referbed unit?
