Please guide me to disable call transfer from one specific keyset

Well if you have the iDCS keysets take away the transfer key from that set.

What type of phone does the user have. If he has a IDCS phone you can remove the Transfer key thru programming. If a DCS, tough.

So in key programming mmc 722 you can take away the Transfer key from that keyset.That means they can't transfer a call or do any programming.You will need technician level access to program this.
