Have installed an AA card into 816 KCU. Fully working. Would like to greet the callers with a message to press 1 to be transfered or 2 to leave a message. The option 2 is fine as it will be forwarded to an extension with an answer machine. Option 1 I am having difficulty with, would like the caller to be put on hold whilst the system calls an external number and then transfers the call. The only way I have got this to work is to forward an extension to the external no and then forward the AA option to that extension number. Need to really know the capibilities of this card and the programming method. Have the programming guide but this is a little limited when it comes to AA.
Any help greatly appriciated

I think the forward to external is probably the only way you are going to get this to work although I've never played with the AA card.
