I am setting up a new ext. So far I have everything working, except it does not transfer to voicemail when not answered or when busy. How do I set this?

And if you want it to go to VM on Busy, set the "Extension pre-determined call forward busy" to 433 while you're in there, too.

I never use the CF Busy, instead, I set the phone to no ring when off hook. The reason? CF Busy also sends intercom calls to your VM, which can be annoying in a small office enviroment. With CF NA, a caller still hits VM after 3 - 4 rings if the extension is busy.
