Your VOIP provider could probably change ddisconnect settings and get the proper disconnect signal, out of the box is not final. You could call the tech support line at your voip provider. This was the first time this happen in over 2 years of having this VOIP product. It only uses VOIP for the local loop, not anything else. This is not like Vonage or anything else. I have had this service for over 2 years without any problems until the other day. It seem like it was just a fluke that it happen. Anyway, please let me know what type of device you recommend for this? What keyword should I lookup on google or do you have a link or such a device? Thanks for your help.
