HEY,

i have a 12 btn keyset and i want to be able to program the 3rd button from the top for the incomming line 1 and the 4th for line 2.

how do i do this?

I dont understand 3rd button from the top?

He's using the European keysets.
da3533 do you have access to the technician level programming and passcode?Without it you cannot do what you are asking.

hey,

yes i have entered 722, but what do you mean by dt701?

If you can get into technician level programming, you go to MMC 722. Then you dial in the extension number of the phone you want to program, then push the button you want to be line one.

Then press the "3" button on the keypad and use the volume up key until it says "DT" and then press the right of the 3 buttons under the display (do not count the Scroll button) and dial 701 on the keypad.

Push the button you want to be line two and press the "3" button on the keypad and use the volume up key until it says "DT" and then press the right of the 3 buttons under the display (do not count the Scroll button) and dial 702 on the keypad.

You are done, press the [Transfer] key.

DT stands for Dial Tone and 701 is line one, 702 is line two, 703 is line 3, well you get the picture.

Program 723 programms all phones of the same type, program 722 programs just one phone at a time.
