Jeez, I know this has been posted before but any way your dealer is required to give you the passwords to YOUR phone system. It belongs to you and not them. If you want to try and program it yourselves then they by law can not prevent you access to your system. Watch how fast they give you the passwords when you mention that your going to sue them.

A simple procedure we have used in the past is to have the customer fax Samsung tech support on their letterhead requesting (us) a certified dealer access to the system by the back door algorythm.
We call Samsung tech support and in their algorythm they look up what the back door code will be for a specific minute (helps to have the correct time on site).
During that one minute, the code they give you works to enterr programming, not a minute before, not a minute after.
Once we are in programming the first thing to do is change the passcode back to default.
All this costs is the time for the technician to be on site, Samsung does not charge.
You can do your own programming from then on if you are qualified or practice enough to be able.
