I am working on a DCS 70. I installed these stations probably a year ago and they worked fine for a while but now they can't call or be called on ICM. The customer of course can't say when they stopped working. When called or calling they get unavailable.CBT on the display. I thought maybe there may have been a feature or something that they may have activated but I can't find anything that I think may do it. Can anyone help me out. It would be greatly appreciated.

Connextions is right.
When you installed the phones they had two call keys by default.

It is wonderful having no Call One or Call Two buttons on the phone, I lost my cell phone and am having the restful time of my life.

Why would you have a DCS 70 in the US? That is the equivalent to a DCS 50 but the 70 was sold in Australia/New Zealand not here.

You can prove the above theory (which is most likely true) by looking at individual buttons in program 722.

Ebay purchase maybe. The ip says good ol USA

Bunnie is correct the 70 was not for here. That is interesting, does the system work ok for you other than the call button issue?

Yes, It seems to be working fine. This is a job that I took over and have not had any other complants about anything else as of yet. But now I am concerned about someone else programming on it because the ICM did work and if the call buttons are gone then someone else must have taken them off. Thanks for the help. I'll go out there today and check it out.
