Help! I have a fax machine on station 216 (analogue extension) which can send, but cannot receive. Its number is a DDI and despite setting up in MMC714, incoming callos hit the auto attendant in both day and night modes. All help gratefully received.

This might sound silly but check to make sure that you have DND off & no call forwards set.

Thanks KX. I actually solved the problem on Monday pm. I was under the impression that BT were sending 6 digits. After 5 phone calls and sll the usual menus, I finally found a guy he was not only helpful, but also had a sense of humour. Unusual, I know.
It turns out that they were only sending 4 digits. That corrected and everything's working fine now.
