I am sorry but there is no display options other than cid and some timers.
If the display is dim then I would suggest replacing it or repairing it. Look for Paul144 here on the board they are fast and do good work.

Like Wrichey said there is no contrast adjustment.Instead the displays will move to allow you to view it which is dependent an your viewing angle.
