My 7400 has an IP of 192.168.116.235 and a gateway of 192.168.116.1 as listed in xxx The MGI is set up as 192.168.116.236 and the same gateway as listed in xxx. The local lan IP phones are working good. Now we want to change the IP structure to 192.200.XXX.XXX. After I change xxx and xxx Ip's and gateways the phones will not register and I cannot ping the MGI card. Put the old Ip's back in and everything works great. What am I missing? Is there an internal gateway setting? PLEASE DO NOT POST INFORMATION NOT IN A USER OR ADMIN GUIDE Read the rules for posting here please link

Cracker is right. The system needs to be reset when the IP addresses are changed. If just the IP on the MGI is changed then just that card needs a reset. Please in the future post this information in the installer section of the forum. The information provided here is to be end user information only. See above rules for posting in the Samsung forum. Thanks for understanding.
