OP paulsonpd Member Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 114 Westminster, CA, USA	I just had a client call and complain about calls thru the DCS/Cadence for 233 go to 223, or for 221 go to 222. (Thru AA of VM Not Operator) Before I go out: I had her check Forwarding, Some of the complaints were from Cel Phones (?) NO internal complaints. Anyone experience this? I know I will have to go and sit and duplicate the problem.... (233 -a CSR- won't like being othered The ROM or EXPN ? Where/What DTMF registers would/does the DCS use? THANKS for any direction!

benb Member Joined: Sep 2005 Posts: 690 Bellingham,MA	Check your single digit menu options, I would bet that option 3 is pointing to 223 and option 2 or 1 is pointing to 222. I can't remember where or if there is a wait for second digit timer off of the main menu but if there is you should adjust it to maybe 2 or 3 seconds. www.computertelephoneinc.com
