OP markcosta Member Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 14 London UK	Hi all, We have a DCS 816, and occasionally need to monitor the calls our staff are taking. I am familiar with using the various MMC's to program the system, but cannot find in the manual how to listen in on an active call. I thought it'd be the Barge feature, but this doesn't seem to work. Any help would be appreciated, thanks! No matter where you go, there you are!

Sinse your last post we have grown leaps and bounds in the UK and AU markets. It seems you are no longer a small company now, (ivr equip, extra boards) so this might be a good chance to get to know a reputable dealer in your area. Just a thought.
