I currently have a 7100 in which the SIP has stopped working. It was working fine on friday, then stopped. The sip details work fine on our inhouse system. Have even tryed our test sip details. Inbound calls seem to get through but no outbound. Have defaulted system remotley, and only put in the basic setup.

I'm going out of my head. :bang:

Any ideas?

I know this is no help, but we joke about this at the office. It is hard enough to get the telco to fix analog C.O.s anymore - or T1/PRI - without all the finger pointing. At least you have a demark to go to - with SIP - I mean ... what a nightmare. We will never sell SIP except for secondary station DIDs or the like, never on a main BTN.

Went to site this morning and did a battery pull. And guess what, it started to work again. This system is running 4.14. Have told tech support and the next time it happens I'll take a trace of the sip and send it to them.
