And that is telling you that you do not have the correct passcode for the system. The documents that you have been sent are written using default passcodes.Someone has changed your passcode from the default.

Did your installer give you a different password?

No installer has the right to change the password and keep it from you.

Samsung has an algorithm for what the password will be at any minute of any day of any year. Tech support will give the passcode to an authorized dealer but you may have to fax Samsung on your letterhead asking your technician to receive the passcode.

You probably don't have remote programming installed on your system, very few do, but you could modem into it if you had that. Sorry my time change .pdf uses only the default passcode but it works fine if you substitute the four digits that your system uses now.

Unfortunately I don't know any number for Samsung in the EU or I would give it to you. You could do a local web search for "Samsung telephone" and look in what you have for telephone directories. At least you would get a dealer who could get you in contact with the regional sales manager.

The regional sales manager usually refers end users as yourself to local installers to service your system. As your only problem is that someone changed your password without your authorization, your RSM may help you out with Samsung or refer you to a local dealer.

If I were a local dealer I would jump at the chance to give you a "freebie" on this help with the hope that you would want to call on me for future needs. Others would see it as a chance to charge you for a full service call. If the RSM gives you multiple installers you can call around and see who is the most helpful.
