I have a Comdial DX 120. Ext 101 rings when a new call comes in. I was asked if a phone on the otherside of teh building could ring as well at the same time? I tried Assigning Attendants via the DET and programming the alternate attendant extension, but it didn't work. I don't work with Comdial systems so I'm hoping you have an answer or can point me in the right direction in the manual.

You could go to CO Line then Answering Positions and add the extension or to Sys Application and do a copy.
