Hi.
I was wondering if someone might be able to recognize this type of problem and offer any possible solution?
1. The system phone will all stall on start up process. They will just sit there with the display " version 1.7" number but never starting
2. The AC light up on the side of the OS100
3. Inside the phone system itself, the "MP" and "SP" lights do not blink or light up at all on the MCP card?
How would you guys go about troubleshooting this problem?
Could this possible be a bad power supply? I heard the OS100 sometimes have issues with bad power supplies.
Thanks guys.

Kyle, welcome to Sundance Tech-Talk It does sound like you have a bad power supply but this will require the installing dealer to come out and replace it. If you do not have a dealer send me a PM with your location and I can help find you one.

We had many 100 power supplies go bad. Some are under a two year warranty, some under a five year warranty so before you BUY another one, have an authorized dealer you trust call Samsung and check the warranty status.

I believe the standard is 2 year warranty unless you spend extra for the 5 year warranty right? Please let me know Thanks for your help.

Kyle welcome to Sundance tech-talk You need to check what warranty you got from the dealer at the time of install. There have been changes between Samsung and dealer where warranty is concerned. We do not discuss dealer issues in the open forum, please review the posting rules. You may use the PM feature to get this information.
