I started a new job and am having issues. They have a Samsung iDCS 18D phone and SVMI-8E voicemail set up. I set up my voicemail about a week ago and everything worked. Well, today my voicemail will not pick up. If someone calls my line directly it just keeps ringing and its really frustrating. Any suggestions?

The iDCS18D is the type of phone, it doesn't tell us what system you have.

Without picking up the phone, try pressing 603. The screen should say something like Enter FWD number on the top line, then probably 519 OK on the bottom line. Press the softkey under the OK and that should set your calls to go to voicemail when the phone is not answered.

I did that using 603 and it worked! However, my phone will only ring twice and then VM picks up. Is there anyway to increase the amount of rings? I tried reading the manual for the phone and dialing into the VM for options but I am not seeing/hearing anything. I greatly appreciate the help with this!

Glad it's working...

To increase the number of rings you need access to tech level programming, so your company will need to contact the local Samsung dealer.
