I hope I don't upset all you installers and experts out there but I've got a 7030 for installation and cos of my tight budget I am doing it myself. I've got it on the wall but struggling to make sure I do the wiring right. Can anyone help me decode the installation manual when it gives the RJ45 pin diagram as pft ring and pft tip; sli ring and sli tip; c.o ring and c.o tip? How does that relate to the colour coded wires or pin nos in a typical BT plug, or a RJ11 in a fax machine, or analogue phone? Also you have to ground the board - where to? I was going to use a radiator pipe 'til I realised that I have plastic piping and I'm on the 3rd floor of my house. Distributor trying to help but failing and samsung site useless too unless I've missed something.

Welcome to Sundance Tech-Talk. Please use the "installers" tab for some on site support. We do not support complete installations in the open forums. This forum is designed for end-user/administator questions on system operation. You my also use the PM feature and contract anyone of us for off-the-board support. Based on your questions you will need some on-site support to get you going. Good Luck! :thumb:
