If you are just looking to record the greetings, you can get into the VM through the TUI. Access the VM from any keyset, then when prompted for the password press [*]. When you hear the current greeting, press [#0000] and then enter the system administrator password.

If you are trying to access the VM system, you will need to connect a PC to the LAN port, then open a web browser and enter the IP address of the system in the address bar.
