I went on the Tele-Programmer manuals site and could not locate it. Will the IDCS-100 manual serve me the same purpose as far as port numbers and programming changes? Thanks in advance.

The 100 is different even though it uses some of the same cards. Programming is the same though.
Pin outs are slightly different as well. But I am sure you can figure that part out fairly quickly.

For the most part the programming is the same but there are some differences in the programming between the 100 and the 16. Notibly some system and station timers, day and night service in the 16 compared to ring plans in the 100, hot line handling, button programming and features available.
Just keep that in mind when using the 100 manual to program the 16...
