Folks-
Searched topic for this with no luck. help
I inherited a Samsung DS616 that was moved to a new building recently. The system was without power for over a month, no battery BU, batt gone. System was reset via XXX by last tech per notes. There are at least 2 phones that do not ring on incoming calls (of course the steno pool). #s 201 and 205 ring normally but 202,3,4 do not but do respond with correct ring when programmed. There are 10 stations installed.
Steps tried- MM 114 key vol, rewire # 4 to # 2, all other ringer functions. Programming book and orig install book are here. Have read both but don't see a solution yet.
Are there a basic setup steps that may have been missed?
Cabling looks good but there is some stranded wire on at least one of the non-ringers although it does not seem to effect the ringing ones.

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Edited to removed tech level programming information.

The stations need to be assigned to a ring group.
