Customer has OS7100 MP10A 4.41a, System reset for unknown reason. Now cannot leave messages anywhere. Caller will hear mailbox greeting then "recording cannot be made at this time. Please try again later"
Activity screen shows: Unable to create record file /OS7100/vm/msg.read only file system.
About 2 months ago the power supply failed so the cabinet was replaced but dbase and cards were reused.
Anyone seen this? Any ideas short of defaulting and reprogramming? Thanks.

Make sure the media lock tab is all the way pushed toward the gold pins on the media card.

Thanks Bobby. Switch was in proper position. It turned out to be a corrupted media card. Only thing I could do was replace card and restore dbase.
