hello,
I have a Comdial DXP224 with Impact phones. The phones are the Impact SCS 8324S model.
In VMMI, I have enabled the master CFOS and have also mapped a button to a specific station where I want the CF to run from along with the external number.
The button map layout doesn't seem to match the phone model(The map is only showing two rows where the phone has four rows of buttons that can be programmed) so Im not sure if this is working correctly. When I select the physical button on the phone that I assigned the mapping to, I get nothing on the display.
If I try to program from the phone itself, when I go through the steps and select CFOS I get a busy signal and the LCD screen resets back to the CFWD option.
This is only for one user and the phone system is on its way out (There are only three active users left on the system which will be phased out by years end) so I'm not interested in having a tech come out. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

Phone type is selectable on a per station basis. Ensure you have the correct one selected then your buttons will match.

Thank you for your help. I was able to change the phone type to SDS 24 Line LCD HD Spkr. the buttons appear to match now, however, it does nothing when I select the station button I programmed for the CFOS. On the button mapping window there are options to set the CFOS. Can someone please provide what the settings should be? My selections are:
Type: ARS, Itcm, Line, Line Grp, Prime/Last
CFOS Mode: CFOS Itcm, CFOS Itcm/Line, CFOS Line, CFOS RNA Itcm, CFOS RNA Itcm/Line, CFOS RNA Line
Thank you,

I would select select line group 1. Make sure you have lines in group 1 through VMMI or just dial 9 from intercom dial tone to test!

Ok I set the type to Line group and associated it with Group 1. There are some lines available in the group. I also have a PRI group in group 16 that has all of the other lines. I apologize but I dont understand the last part of your reply. Can you please expand further on what you mean by just dialing 9 to test?
Is there a way to set this up through VMMI with out needing a button enabled on the station?
Thanks again for all of your help!
