Not sure about backing up, but if its anything like the OS7030/OS7100 you can upload the prompts via the web interface.
From memory doing a vm db backup via the web interface backs up any prompts that are not 0xxx or 5xxx

This question i asked earlier but unfortunately i could not get the answer,now again i am asking with you guys that is it possible to upload a prompt to SVMi20 or OS7070,if possible please let me know how?what do you mean by web interface.
