HI! there!! I haven't been on the Samsung Website , when i log in and go to the Download page and click on Downloads for Tech Support it dosen't respond i can go to other pages like software versions ETc/. What the He11o00 is going on ??? :shrug:I was going to download IT tool or is there something newer?? Any body out there??

What browser are you using? The GSBN page seems to only play nice with some flavor of IE. I use Firefox at home, and have the same issues you're having, but no problem with IE8.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.

OKAY JB ,That was the Prob, Need Internet explorer browswer. I think this was the problem i had a year or more ago, remembered .Thanks again.

Another question if i already have an older version of IT tool installed what selection to i choose when installing the newer version the wizard is askings modify ,repair or remove ?? thanks
