I have a customer that has an OS7200 installed with PRI. They are complaining that they are getting cross talk across some speaker phones intermittently after the receptionist pages. I have been out there a couple of times but cannot duplicate the problem. Was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem and found a solution.

Dont know if this helps but I'll put it out there anyways. I had a customer with a 7200 that when the recept made a page, the audio path would remain open between the recept and people wearing headsets. This only happened to people wearing headsets, everyone else was fine. We had to upgrade them to different software. Hope that helps.

Ironhedz, thanks for the reply.
Yes, it is coming across some people with headsets as well. Do you know what version of software you upgraded from and to?

This is an issue on OS7200 versions earlier then 4.11 (this is a pre-release version, the release version was 4.14).
It only happens on extensions on a DLI card in slot 1 on the main cabinet.
Upgrade to 4.14 or later.
I had todo this on a 2 cab running 2.63, so had to go 2.66, 2.69, 4.11 upgrading the lcp each time, and it was a old SM style MCP so it was slow.

Ok, guess I'll have to give some more details then as this is a newer cabinet with more recent software. It is an OS7200S cabinet with MP20S and 4.46d software. TEPRI card is version 4.28. There is a 16DLI card in slot 1. System was purchased new through Graybar and installed beginning of this year. Maybe this is now a 7200S issue?

OK, bringing this thread back up as I upgraded them to 4.53c and this seems to have resolved the issue. And just to clarify, the problem was really more like what Ironhedz described. An audio path left open between whomever last paged and people with headsets in headset mode.
