NEVER EVER HEAR THIS ONE- 99.9% of the time customers want volume bumped-up. I have a customer who has issue with handset vol being TOO LOUD???!!!! I have gone in and turned down vol in mmc 1xx, and i know it can also be done in 805, but wanted some input - dont want to change 805 without absolute faith i know what i am changing, but i also dont want to bug tech support with such a petty question (yes, i am cert sammy tech) -anyone run into this before?
-I appreciate your time and help-

We see volume adjustments as necessary on a lot of POTS/copper lines lately. Sandman's little tool that tells you if lines are too hot is helpful.

So what you are saying it is on all outside calls and station to station intercom calls? Sorry I just want to be sure.
