Has anyone hear of a MDI card for Samsung systems? We installed a call recording software from Trivum for a customer with a 2 networked 7200's and Trivum is saying that we need to set our system up to sync with a time server so there call record servers can sync to the same time servers. They claim you can do this with a MDI card on the Samsung system. I didn't think Samsung had an option to sync with a time server.

Can't say i've heard of it either. They may mean MGI card, but it can't sync to NTP server either.
All you can do if you have ISDN is clock of the carrier, and see if the voice recorder can do the same.
The reason for this is that they use the SMDR to get some details (such as extension number) and rely on the date/time to match the calls
