HI! I have a customer that i had a power outage , although it was on a Ups surge unit , The Svmi 4e dosen't work when you press Vmail button it says not assigned , the buttons a programmed right,, i have rebooted whole sys. lights seem all normal except when you call 1 of the Svmi4 e ports like 221-224 the led on card dosen't light up , i went into MMc601 to Grp.519 and i had to program the members 221 to 224 because they were not there, i rebooted Vmail. and it didn't answer it started ringing 500 ,i guess it still dosen't see the voicemail, when i press VMMSGE Button on tel. it starts ringing 519 VM grp. but dosen't answer.aT THE TIME I DIDN'T HAVE MY LAPTOP WITH ME  Not sure what software version, i think it is 3 or 4 years old.Any quick suggestions. ;)Thanks

Okay i have hooked up laptop and it shows no ports on the port utility and status, i have moved the Svmi4e to different slots rebooted assigned the 221-224 to grp 519 to no avail , do i need to default and reinstall from scratch like a new Voicemail?? I pretty disappointed with power supply problems and voicemail issues,, I also have issue with the sli port not showing the ext 219 anymore , i don't know what ext it is ?? wierd. What is reccommended?? Thanks :bang:

Sounds like your vm is dead. You could try defaulting it in the hope that the ports come up.
As for the SLI, what does it show in the dial number plan for the port?
