Customer has OS500 with PRI installed about 6 years ago. Two employees had to call in to one of those conference systems to talk with a client. Sometime into the call all parties could hear the main greeting on the SVMi-8 playing. Would you suspect the problem is with the channels on the PRI circuit or the OS500? It happened twice in one day.

Could be the line, I have called into the voice mail greeting and when I dialed the extension number the system acted like it was dialing out on a line and I got the phone company recording letting me know that I had miscued.
