I have a 7400 V4.46d single cab config. that the client says the calls are dropping when on park. this doesn't happen everyday but lately they are complaining more & more. the park & hold timers are set to (0 sec.). They have 90 digital & about 100 IP phones. Of course i cant seem to duplicate the problem when im out there. im wondering if anyone else has ever seen this happen? or is there a known issue with V4.46d? thanks

Not a known issue im aware of.
Is this a new install on v4.46d of was this system upgraded from an older version?
Consider:
Is it only happening on IP phones? Upgrade IPT Firmware.
What trunks have you got? PRI/E1? Check TEPRI card firmware and bootrom versions.

the system was upgraded to 4.46d but that was when it came out. they do have a pri and the it has been upgraded as well. they say both tdm & ip phones. i think its just user error myself since it works fine when i test. thanks
