Does Samsung OS500 require H.323 license??connecting with Cisco call manager ,link stablished, Cisco IP phone ring but no voice.

I never successfully got that combination to work.
You will only need a license if your software version if higher then 2.69.
check your MGI card is working correctly, I know the MGI2 cards occasionally have this no speech issue, a restart of the card fixes it.
If you needed a license you wouldn't be able to pickup a h323 trunk.
