One of our clients, Nemours Children's Clinic was once donated 100's of thousands of feet. There clinic here in Jacksonville is full of it.
Also, Gridder is correct about JEA. Some IT guys just like it.
I believe Mohawk and Belden makes it.

I've pulled it before at a hospital. Seems like medical facilites use this color. Pink Cat5e and dark green Cat3, what a combo.

I bought a box of hot pink at Graybar when I was getting ready to wire-up my own house. I let my wife pick it out. Eventhough she'll never see it installed in the walls, she felt like she was helping  . So at my house, pink = phone.
