Hello everyone
I'm new to the mesage board.
I'm trying to gather information about the telecommunication line installers and repairers occupation in the State of California.
I've looked at some job postings, and I've read some Occupational Handbooks, but I'm really interested in the stories, experiences, and expert knowledge from people who work in the field.
Personal information is not shared, but am I interested in correspondance to learn about certification, job prospects, and how things are changing in your field with fiber optics and environmental technologies.
Please feel free to share to your comfort level. I'm naive about the topic, and really appreciate any input.
Thanks!

It might help if you explained what this information would be used for.

That would be helpful, thank you! The information will be used to write an occupational guide. The guides are a tool used by educators or by members of the public interested in finding an occupation to fit their skill set. https://www.labormarketinfo.edd.ca.gov/
