Hello, I am looking for a Vendor to work with AT&T to troubleshoot an MPLS Data T-1. This vendor will need to have a T-Berd to prove to AT&T that it is not our inside wiring. You know stop the finger pointing.

As far as I've ever know, or had done...
We have AT&T come on-site and test it with their T-Berd. If it's their problem, no bill... if it's inside wiring, pay up.
