Since we have an Installers catagory, would be nice if this whole folder could be moved there.
As I understand it, to gain access to the installers forum is relatively easy, but it is screened.
Giving out customer info like the previous post....me no like.

These are customers who request support from our sponsor. Usephones than post it to benifit the installers on the board, the customer is aware their information is being posted.
We can't move the request an installer to a private area it would defeat the purpose, which is a place the end user can seek help from the board members. This benifits the end user and the members. This has been in place for sometime without issue.
