We have experienced a drop in the level of support from ESI over the past few months - calls not returned, tech support not handling issues and then not having any record of them, different tech support staff saying exactly the opposite of the previous tech we talked to etc.. The first 12-18 months of dealing with them were very satisfactory but my patience is dwindling - is anyone else experiencing these same issues?
