Let me save some key strokes, I already am familiar with f-ing company Norvergence.
We picked up a customer who needs programming changes on their phone system. The KSU has Matrix CCS on the front, I have been told this is a ESI system.
It looks to be a 616 with voice mail
Can someone tell me what model it would be and if I would be able to get hold of the programming manaul?
It was installed in 2004

Thanks, looks like the system is the S class. Can anyone explain how to add or remove lines from the dial 9 hunt and to assign ringing to a anolog port?

Heres a step in the right direction...
Function 211 once you get into installer programming. This cannot be done in admin programming.
