Does anyone know if there is a way to change the number of times the phone will ring before the voicemail picks up?

There is - you have a number of options under line programming at the installer level. If you are talking number of rings before it can cover to voicemail that can also be adjusted using installer level programming.

Yes
There are incoming calls per each line. Your choices are for the Auto Attendant to answer that call on ring 1,3,5 or 9.
Then there are incoming calls to specific extensions. This is the determined number of rings to ring before that call is forwarded to the voicemail of that particular extension.
Good news: Both of these are very easy to adjust to fit your business operation.
Bad news: Only someone with the Installer password can make the adjustments. Visavee, the person that installed the system or a ESI Certified reseller of your choice. Most ESI systems can be programmed remotely if the programmer has the installer password.
Do you have a reseller you deal with or do I need to find you one.

I was hoping that it was something simple that I could do myself and not have to pay someone to do. Guess not. I called our installer and they changed it remotely. Thanks for your help.
