Has anyone heard of the system losing its memory for where each individual station has its keys mapped? Starting yesterday, our Medley system has station by station been changing where the keys are mapped. I reprogram them, but after awhile it reverts back. Any clues?

Can someone else be changing the prog. on you? Maybe change the installer/ admin password.
I know the Medley batteries tend to fail rapidly be you would only loose Date and Time.
Last, it could be the hard drive

Sounds like a power problem.

Do you have a battery backup on the system?

If all else fails, use a BFH.

What I think happend is my mind went blank when programming a new phone in and I used the installer password to program keys instead of just using menu, 3, 5 to program the keys. Then, I did the same when fixing 2 other phones which were thrown off by the above action. After doing this several times, I finally turned my brain back on and realized what I was doing. Thanks all for the input and to answer both responses:
no one else knows how to program, but I am going to change the passwords, good idea and 2) yes, it is connected to battery back up. i am still amazed at how much this little system can do for being so compact.
