Is there a way to veiw ICM calls in smdr or Tabs call accounting

No I don't believe you can do that at all.The intercom calls do not show up on the SMDR .

Only outside calls show up on SMDR.Doesn't matter if it was transferred,it will show up.What are you trying to accomplish?

I need to know how many calls are being transfered from a predictive dialer to ACD groups.The info in my acd reports is not accurate. I also have a 16 port vms transfering calls to the same acd groups.How about acd smdr in the B screen. Does it do anything

about the only screen would be Reports "J" screen...
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..
