i have a user that is looking at a 200 but he has about 3-4 remote sales users that are on MAC's . has any one tried to use SIP Softphone? or to use VIP Softphone in pallalel?

VIP itself works pretty well in Parallels. I'm not sure any of our guys have tried Softphone. I'll get a tech to try tomorrow (Tues) and give you an update!
